Chair, Donna Cantor
Donna and husband John Pinney have resided in St. Michaels for 24 years. Donna began her working career in the health field in the private sector, moving into the Public Health Service in the Office of the Surgeon General. She entered the private sector again, working for the National Council on Alcoholism and then became the Executive Director of the National Coalition on Alcoholism to promote Government funding for the treatment of Alcoholism. She went on to multi-manage national non-profit organizations until

retirement. As a volunteer she worked with Christmas in St. Michaels, The Women and Girls Fund, the St. Michaels YMCA, the St. Andrews Society of the Eastern Shore and the St. Andrews Foundation of the Eastern Shore.
Secretary, Chip Heartfield
Chip Heartfield was born and grew up in Washington, D.C. After college, he spent 45 years consulting with nonprofit organizations on their fundraising and marketing programs and also served for three years as the development director at the Washington Animal Rescue League. He and his wife, Linda, split their time between St. Michaels and Bethesda.

Treasurer Ex Officio, Mike Lynch
Saint Andrews Foundation of the Eastern Shore Treasurer, ex officio, Mike Lynch lives in Easton with his wife, Christine and their toy collie, Lallybroch. Mike retired from the US Navy after serving 30 years with his final tour as the Director of Navy Sailing. Upon retirement he held a ten year career as a Senior HR/Training Development at a UPM paper mill in northern Minnesota. Next came a fifteen year stint in facilities management as project manager for construction of two local schools and a position of operations and

maintenance manager for a 1,000,000 ft2 HQ building at Fort Meade MD. Mike is now finally retired and enjoying volunteer work and operating his hobby home-based baking business, called ‘The Concierge Baker’.
At Large, Graham Lee
F. Graham Lee was a fundraising professional for 38 years. A graduate of Campbell University with post graduate studies in radio and television, Graham began his fundraising career with the Boy Scouts of America as District Executive for Cape Fear and East Carolina Councils. Geisinger Medical Center Foundation recruited him to create the first rural Ronald McDonald House. Other fundraising positions include Duke Medical Center, The Baptist Health System, Shore Regional Health, Mid-Shore Community Foundation and the YMCA of

Easton, MD where he organized the capital campaign for the Thomas E. Hill Center for Youth Development.
At Large, David Breimhurst
David Henry Breimhurst and his wife Sara live in St. Michaels, MD where he served as a town commissioner from 2020 to 2024. For 30 years he was known to Philadelphia TV viewers as David Henry, Emmy Award-winning reporter and anchor for the city’s top-rated newscast on 6abc. His investigations have uncovered political corruption, consumer fraud and medical malpractice scandals. He has also reported from world hotspots, including the two Gulf Wars and ground zero at the World Trade Center on 9/11. In addition to his Emmy

Awards, Mr. Breimhurst is a recipient of the prestigious Lew Klein Excellence in Media Award. He has also been inducted into the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Hall Of Fame and the Radnor High School Hall of fame.
At Large, David Bradley
Dave and his wife, Bonnie, live in Easton with Rose, a miniature golden retriever. After a 35+ year career in the Navy Department developing sensors and weapons for the fleet, followed by 20 years in the Engineering School at Penn State University, a lakeside cabin in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, travel and Pickleball keep the family busy.
