First, complete this application either online or print out blank. Leave online signature boxes blank. Next, print out application form, fill in both signatures on the hard copy. Make out check to SASES with amount based on the fee structure at the bottom of this page.

FEE STRUCTURE JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP

  • New Junior members pay on a tiered basis depending on when they are accepted as follows:

  • Jan - June: Full annual dues of $30 + $10.00 initiation fee, total $40

  • July - October: One half annual dues of $15.00 + $10.00 initiation fee, total, $25.00

  • November - December: Pay $10.00 Initiation Fee, no dues, until the beginning of the new year in January, when full year payment is due.
