Founded in 1971, The St. Andrew's Society of the Eastern Shore (SASES) is a membership organization open to Scots, their descendants, and friends of Scotland. We are dedicated to celebrating our Scottish heritage through fellowship, tradition, and community service.

Our Communications Media

In support of our mission, and to inform, entertain, and connect our members, we produce digital and print media throughout the year with our highly regarded newsletter, The Bagpiper, published ten times annually, timely e-blasts to keep members up to date on upcoming events, a Membership Directory to foster personal connections within the Society, and a Facebook Page, YouTube Channel and website to extend our reach and visibility. 

*The St. Andrew's Foundation of the Eastern Shore is an arm of the St. Andrew's Society of the Eastern shore and operates as a fund under the umbrella of the Mid-Shore Community Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt, nonprofit organization. Contributions to SAFES are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
